A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
APPROVING SUPPLEMENT NO. 6 TO THE LOCAL
AGENCY/STATE AGREEMENT NO. 07-5107 FOR
FEDERAL-AID SAFETY FUNDS FOR THE
REALIGNMENT AND CHANNELIZATION OF 23RD
STREET AT DE~~Y STREET
WHEREAS, the Clty of Santa Monlca submitted an
appllcatlon for Federal-Aid Safety Improvment Funds for the
realignment and channellzatlon of 23rd Street at Dewey Street,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Clty Councll of the Clty of Santa
Bonica does hereby approve and authorizes the Clty Manager to
execute the attached Progra~ of Local Agency Federal-Ald Safety
Improvement Project in the City of Santa Monlca program Supplement
No.6.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of thls resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the
sa~e shall be ~n full force and effect.
