EMERGENCY RELIEF FUNDS
THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
John Alschuler, Jr., C~ty Manager, is
hereby allthor~zed to execute for and ~n behalf of the C~ty of
Santa Monica, a public entity established under the laws of the
State of Cal~forn~a, program Supplement No.5 to Master Agreement
No.07-S107, Contract No. 2360 (CC.3), and to f~le ~t in the ap-
propr~ate State off~ce for the purpose of obta~n~ng certain
financ~al ass~stance pursuant to the Federal Aid for Emergency
Rel~ef Act.
3ECTION 2.
That the C~ty of Santa Mon~ca, a
publ~c ent~ty establ~shed under the laws of the State of Califor-
nia, hereby author~zes ~ts agent to provide to the appropr~ate
agenc~es, for all matters perta~n~ng to such Federal d~saster
ass~stance, the assurances and agreements pertinent thereto.
SECTION 3.
That the C~ty Clerk shall certify to
the adopt~on of th~s resolut~on and tilenceforth and thereafter
the same snaIl be ~n full force and effect.
