A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA REVISING THE APPROPRIATION
LIMIT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1983-84
WHEREAS, the C~ty Council may under the provisions of
Government Code Section 7910 and Art~cle XIIIB of the California
Constitution revise its appropr~at~on limit by resolut~on~ and
WHEREAS, documentation used in the determination of the
appropr1ation limit has been available to the public for fifteen
days prior to th~s meet~ng as requ~red by Government Code Section
7910,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS~
SECTION 1.
For purposes of Article XIIIB of the
California Constitution, the City of Santa Monica appropriation
limit for the fiscal year 1983-84 is revised to be $26,882,949.
SECTION 2. The City clerk shall certify to the adoption
of the Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
