A RESOLUTION OF 'raE CIry COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA CONFIRMING CHM~GES TO THE
TOXIC ChEMICAL DIdCLOSURE FORM
WdERBAS, the D~rector of General Serv~ces of the City of
Santa Mon~ca has determ~ned that the changes to the Tox~c Chem~cal
D~sclosure Form are necessary; and
wHEREAS, the C~ty Counc~l of the C~ty of Santa Monica
pursuant to Sect~on 5302 of the Santa Mon~ca Mun~cipal Code set a
publ~c hear~ng to hear comments on sa~d changes~ and
wHEREAS,
upon the day and hour f~xed for hearing by
Resolut~on Number 6862
(ecs), the C~ty Counc~l of the C~ty of
Santa Mon~ca heard and passed upon cOlruments and obJections to
changes in the rox~c Chemical D~sclosure Form,
NOW, TdEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
DOES H~REBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SSCTION 1.
The Tox~c Chemical D~sclosure Form attached
hereto ~s hereby adopted pursuant to Mun~c~pal Code Sect~on
5302(b).
SECTION 2. The C~ty Clerk shall cert~fy to the adopt~on of
th~s Resolut~on, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
~n full force and effect.
