RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
CONFIRMING THE REPORT OF 'rHE SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS
REGARDING REPAIRS TO DAMAGED SIDEWALKS, DRIVEWAYS AND CURBS
(SR-B4-56)
WHEREAS, the Street Super~ntendent of the C~ty of Santa
Mon~ca, pursuant to Sectlon 5600 to 5630 of the Streets and Highways
Code, commenced proceedings to cause the repa~r of damaged sldewalks,
driveways and curbs in the C~ty of Santa Mon~ca at l453 Eucl~d St.,
1313 W~lsh~re Bl., 457 15th St., 1246 Eucl~d St., 131B Eucl~d St.,
1252 Euc11d St., 1322 Euclid St., 2501 to 2511 Wllsh~re Bl., 1321
Euclld St., 111B 1.J.th St., 1114 14th St., 1424 14th St., 1428 14th
St., 1424 14th St., and 1448 Euc1~d St., all w~thln the City of Santa
Mon~ca.
WHEREA~, Slxty days after said order was served, ~he work had
not been completed by the owners or persons ~n possesslon of the
affected propert~es, and the Super~ntendent of Streets caused the work
to be done~ and
WHEREAS,
the Superintendent of Streets gave the not~ce
requ~red by Sect~on 5616 of the Streets and Hlghways Code~ and
WHEREAS, the Super~ntendent of Streets d~d file with the C~ty
Counc~1 of the Clty of Santa Monlca hls report of repalrs and cost as
requlred by Section 5617 of the Streets and Highways Code~ and
WHEREAS, upon the day and hour f~xed for hearlng by Resolution
Number 6864 (CCS), the City Councll of the City of Santa Monica heard
and passed upon the report of the Superlntendent of Streets together

and H~ghways Code, to the County Aud~tor who shall collect the
assessment together with all other taxes aga~nst the property.
SECTION 6.
That the C~ty Clerk shall cert~fy to the adopt~on
of th~s resolut~on and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be ~n
full force and effect.
