RESOLUTION NO.6894 (CCS)
(CITY COUNCIL SERIES)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
APPROVING SUPPLEMENT NO.7 TO THE LOCAL
AGENCY/STATE AGREEMENT NO. 07-5107 FOR
FEDERAL-AID SAFETY FUNDS FOR THE MODIFICATION
OF VARIOUS TRAFFIC SIGNALS CITYWIDE.
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Monica submitted an application
for Federal-A1d Safety Improvement Funds for the mod1f1cation of various
traffic slgnals cltywlde.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The Clty Council of the City of Santa Monica
does hereby approve and authorlzes the City Manager to execute the
attached Program of Local Agency Federal-A1d Safety Improvement ProJect
1n the Clty of Santa Monlca Program Supplement No.7.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
th1S resolut1on, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full
force and effect.

Pursuant to the Federal Highway Safety Act, the attached "Program" of Federal.Ald Projects
marked "Exlubit B" IS hereby incorporated in that Master Agreement for the Federal-AId
Program which was entered into between the above named LOCAL AGENCY and the STATE
on Auqus t 23 I 1977 . and is subject to all of the terms and conchtIons
thereof.
The subject program is adopted in accordance WIth Paragraph 2 of Arbcle II of the afore-
mentioned agreement under authority of City/~esolutIon No.
