A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA DESIGNATING LOCAL AGENT FOR
EMERGENCY RELIEF FUNDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. ResolutIon No. 6877 (CCS) is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. John Jallli, Acting CIty Manager, is hereby
authorlzed to execute for and In behalf of the CIty of Santa
Monica, a public entity establIshed under the laws of the State
of CalifornIa, Program Supplement No.5 to Master Agreement No.07-
5107, Contract No.2360 (CCS), and to file it in the appropnate
State office for the purpose of obtaining certain financial as-
slstance pursuant to the Federal AId for Emergency Relief Act.
SECTION 3.
The City of Santa Monica, a public en-
tity established under the laws of the State of CalifornIa, here-
by authorIzes its agent to prOVIde to the appropriate agencies,
for all matters pertaInIng to such Federal disaster assistance,
the assurances and agreements pertinent thereto.

SECTION 4.
The Cl ty Clerk shall cert ify to the
adoption of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
