RESOLUTION NO. 6919(CCS)
(CITY COUNCIL SERIES)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA ESTABLISHING A
PHYSICALLY HANDICAP ZONE ADJACENT
TO 2451 20TH STREET.
WHEREAS, the City Council of Santa Monica has enacted
an ordinance enabllong individuals to request parking zones for
physically handicapped perscns; and
WHEREAS,
the City has received a request for a
physically handicap zone; and
WHEREAS, the City Parking and Traffic Engineer has
conSidered the request and concluded, based upon the factors
stated in the ordinance, that a physically handicap zone may be
installed at the requested location,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
A
Physically handicap zone is hereby
established adJacent to 2451 20th Street.
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of thiS Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full foroe and effect.
