RESOLUTION NUMBER 6922(CCS)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE ISSUANCE
OF $5,700,000 PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF TAX ALLOCATION
BONDS OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA TO FINANCE PORTIONS OF THE COST OF
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN SAID CITY KNOWN AS
OCEAN PARK PROJECT NOS. l(A) AND l(B)
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa
Monica (the "Agency") has heretofore adopted its Resolution
No.
391
(RAS), authorizing the issuance of $5,700,000
principal amount of bonds of the Agency designated the "Ocean
Park Redevelopment Project Tax Allocation Bonds, Series 1984"
(the "Bonds") for the purpose of financing portions of the
cost of Ocean Park Project Nos. lea) and l(b)j and
WHEREAS, the Agency, after the due receipt of proposals
for the purchase of the Bonds, has accepted a proposal
therefor,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa
Monica, Callfornia, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER
as follows:
SECTION 1.
This City Council hereby approves the
lssuance of the Bonds by the Agency in the principal amount
and for the purposes set forth in the recitals hereof.

SECTION 2. The Clty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of thlS Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be ln full force and effect.
