RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. The Superintendent o€ Streets wi11 file a
report of repair pursuant to Section 5617 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the 5tate of Ca~iforn~a, relatang to the
construction of certain improvements ~o sidewalks and dr~veways
at 233D Michigan, 1762 9th Street, 1428 lOth Street, 1433 lOth
Street, 1453 IOth Street, ~438 Ilth Street, 1118 lOth Stre~t,
1453 12~h Stre~t, 1457 12th Street, 1840 Eucli~ Street, 408
Palisades Avenue, 331 Palisades Avenue, 606-610 Wilshir~ Blvd.,
1507 18~h Street, and 1533 18th Stree~, all in the City of Santa
Monica.
SECTIDN 2. Pvrsuant ta Section 56D0 et seq. af said
code, thz City Cauncil does hereby order and declare tha~ an the
22nd day of Apr~l, 1986, at 7:30 P.M., in ~he Cauncil Chambers of
the City Ha11, it will hear and pass upon the report by the
Superint~ndent ot Streets of the cost of repair, toget~zr with
any ob~ections or pratests~ if any, which may be raised by an~
property owner liable to be assessed for the cost of such repair
and any other i~terested persons,

law, of the cQSt of repair and of the adoption of this Resolution
to ai~ persons owning real ~roperty af~ec~~d by t~te szdewalk
assessment repair program, whose names and addresses appear on
tne lasr equalized assessment rol~ for t~e Ci~y taxes or as ~cnown
to ~ne Czty C~erk.
S~CTIO~I 5. The C1ty Clerk shall certify to the ac3apting
of tnis Resolution, and thenceforth and thereaf~.er the sa-ne shall
be ~.n ~ul]. forca and effect.
