Tract. as per map recorded 1n Book 52, page 27 of Miscellaneous Records. in the office of the County Recorder of said County; the centerline of said strips being descrlbed as follows' STRIP NO.1: Beginning at a point in the southeasterly llne of said Lot 2, distant northeasterly thereon 16 feet from the southwesterly llne thereof; thence northwesterly parallel with said southwesterly llne 6 feet to a poi nt herei nafter referred to as Poi nt II A" .
