RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
The Super~ntendent of Streets w~ll f~le a
report of repair pursuant to Section 5617 of the Streets and
Hlghways Code of the State of Cal~fornla, relatlng to the
construct~on of certa~n ~mprovements to Sldewalks and drlveways

SECTION 2.
Pursuant to Sect~on 5600 et seq. of sa~d
code. the Clty Counc~l does hereby order and declare that on the
13th day of Hay, 198&. at 7:30 P.M. > LU the CounCll Chambers of
the C~ty Hall, ~t w~ll hear and pass upon the report by the
Super~ntendent of Streets of the cost of repa~r. together wJ.th
any Ob]ectlons or protests, 1f any, whJ.Ch may be ra~sed by any

property owner liable to be assessed for the cost of such repair
and any other 1nterested persons.
SECTION 3.
All protests or Ob]ect1ons must be 1n writ1ng
and f1led w1th the C1ty Clerk on or before the t1me set for
hear1ng of protests and obJect1ons.
SECTION 4.
The
Super1ntendent of
Streets
1S hereby
d1rected to ma11 not1ces, 1n the manner and form prescr1bed by
law, of the cost of repd1r and of the adopt1on of th1s Resolut10n
to all persons own1ng real property affected by the s1dewalk
assessment repa1r program, whose names and addresses appear on
the last equal1zed assessment roll for the C1ty taxes or dS known
to the C1ty Clerk.
SECTION 5.
The City Clerk shall cert1fy to the adopt1ng
of th1S Resolut10n, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 1n full force and effect.
