CITY OF SANTA MONICA SETTING A HEARING
DATE fOR ANY PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO
THE REPO RT OF THE S UPE RI KTENDENT 0 F
STREETS REGARDING REPAIR OF SIDEWALKS,
DRIVEWAYS AND CURBS (SR-86-80)
THE CITY COUXCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
The Super~ntendent of Streets will flle a
report of repa~r pursuant to Section 5617 of the Streets and
H~ghways
Code of tue
State of Callforn~a, relat~ng to the
constructlon of certalu ~mprovements to s~dewalks and drlveways
at 3002 Delaware Ave., 506 Pal~sades Ave., 908 22nd Street, 1128
22nd Street, 1114 22nd St., 1121 22nd St., 1106 22nd St., 1050
Centlnela Ave., 1042 Centlnela Ave., 853 20th St., 845 20th St.,
807 20th St. 833 20th St., 811 20th St., and 817 20th St., all
w~th~n the C~ty of Santa Xon~ca.
SECTION 2.
Pursuant to Sect~on 5600 et seq. of said
code, the City CounCll does hereby order and declare that on the
lOt h day 0 f J un e, 1 9 86, at 7: 3 0 P. l'1., ~ nth e Co un c 11 C ham b e r s 0 f
the Clty Hall, it w~ll hear and pass upon the report by the
Super~ntendent of Streets of the cost of repa~r, together w~th
any obJect~ons or protests, lf any, wh~ch may be raised by any
property owner llable to be assessed for the cost at such repair
and any other lnterested persons.

SEGTIOK 3.
All protests or obJect~ons must be lfi wrlting
and flIed with the Clty Clerk on or before the t~me set for
hearlng of protests and Ob]ectlons.
SECTIOK 4.
The
Superintendent of Streets 18 hereby
d~rected to mall notlces, l.n the manner dnd form prescr~ bed by
law, of the cost of repa~r and of the adoptlon of thlS Re801utlon
to all persons ownlng real property affected by the s~dewalk
assessment repa~r program, whose names and addresses appear on
the last equallzed assessment roll for the Clty taxes or as known
to the Clty Clerk.
SECTION 5.
The Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoptlng
of thlS Resolut1on, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ln full force and effect.
