THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Hlghways Code of the
State of Callforn1a, relatlng to the
construetlon at certain lmprovements to sldewalks and dr1veways

SECTION 2.
Pursuant to Section 5600 et seq. of sald
code, the Clty CounCll does hereby order and declare that on the

and any other 1nterested persons.

All protests or Ob]ectlons must be in wrltlng
and flIed wlth the Clty Clerk on or before the tlme set for
hearlng of protests and Ob]ectlons.

The
Superlntendent
of
Streets

hereby
dlrected to oall notlces ~ ln the manner and form prescrlbed by
law, of the cost of repa1r and of the adoptlon of thlS Resolutlon
to all persons ownlng real property affected by the sldewaIk
assessment repalr progrdffi, whose names and addresses appear on
the last equallzed assessment roll for the Clty taxes or as known
to the C1ty Clerk.
SECT I01~ 5.
The Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoptlng
of thlS Resolutlon, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be In full force and effect.
