RESOLUTIOK NO. 7209 (CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CIIY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MO~ICA ESTABLISHING PHYSICALLY
HA~DICAPPED ZONE ADJACENT TO 1724 PEARL STREET.
WHEREAS. the C~ty Council of the Clty of Santa Mon~ca has
enacted an ord1nance enabl1ng lnd1v1duals to request parklng
zones for physlcally handlcapped person, and
WHEREAS. the C~ty has rece1ved a request for a physlcally
handlcapped zone; and
WHEREAS. the Parkl.ng and Traff~c Eng1neer has cons~dered
the request and concluded. based upon the factors stated 1n the
ordlnance. that an add1t1onal physically handl.capped zone may be
1nstalled at the requested locat1on.
NOW. THEREFORE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION' 1.
A physl.cally handlcapped zone lS hereby
estab11shed on the south s1de of Pearl street ad] acent to 1724
Pearl Street.
SECTION 2.
The C1ty Clerk shall cert1fy to the adopt1on
of th~s resolutl.on. and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 1ll full force and effect.
