and passed upon the report of t~e SuperIntendent of Streets together
wIth all obJectlons and protests as requIred by Sectl01 5618 of the

SECTIon 1.

SECTI.JN 2.

Dature to the report of the SuperlnteYldent of Streets be and the same
are ~ereby overruled and denIed.

The cost of the repalrs, as set forth In the
report of the SuperInte'1dent of Streets, shall be assessed agalnst the
propertles thereIn descrIbed, WhICh propertles front upo~ tne SIdewalk
u~on w~l~h the repa~rs were made.
SECTIOtJ 4.
If such assessment IS not pald WIthIn the tIme
perm1tted by law, the same shall constitute a speCial assessment
agaPlst and lIen on the propert1es there1n descrIbed, 1n t~e amount
set forth In the report of the Super1ntendent of Streets, WhlCh llen
shall cont1nue untll the assessnent and all Interest thereon is pald
or untll It IS d1sc~arged of record.

If the assessment 1S not pald Withln the tIme
. penlltted by law, the Super:ntendent of Streets, In accordance wlth

Sectlon 5628 of the Streets and Hlghways Code, shall dellver a Notlce
of Llen, prepared III the manner requlred by Sectlon 5626 of the
Streets and Hlghways Code, to the County Audltor who shall collect the
assessment together wlth all other taxes dgalnst the property.
SECTION 6.
The Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoptlon of
thlS resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be In
full force and effect.
