A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ESTABLISHING
SALARY AND BENEFITS FOR THE
POSITION OF CITY CLERK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS.
SECTION 1 Maria Stewart lS appolnted to the posit1.on of City
Clerk at E-Step of the current salary range which 1.S $6,744/Month
($7/216/month W1.th PERS) , effectlve September 11, 1995.
SECTION 2. The beneflts accorded to thlS positlon shall be
the same as for the members of the Execut1.ve Pay Plan wlth the
except1.on of the mer1.t bonus pool.
SECTION 3. Reimbursement of actual movlng and relocatlon
costs in an amount net to exceed $5,000 lS author1.zed. However, lf
the appo1.ntee rema1.nS in the posit1.on for less than one year, she
shall refund to the C1.ty any amounts paid to her pursuant to th1.S
Section.
SECTION 4 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoptlon of
thlS Resolutlon, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
l.n full force and effect.
