RESOLUTION NO. 8882

A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
DIRECTING THE PLANNING COMMISSION TO INITIATE
A TEXT AMENDMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE
AND ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Pursuant to the Santa Monica Municipal Code,
section 9.04.20.16.020, the City Council does hereby give notice
of its intention to direct the Planning commission to initiate a
text amendment to the Comprehensive Land Use and Zoning ordinance
of the City of Santa Monica as described in Attachment A.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
