A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
SETTINGS FEES FOR SPECIAL PROVISIONS
AND PLANS, AND CENTERLINE TIE AND TRACT MAP SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City council adopted Ordinance No. 1461
(CCS) on January 10, 1989, amending Santa Monica Municipal Code
Section 7504 and adding section 7505 to the Santa Monica
Municipal Code to establish charges for special provisions and
plans, and centerline tie and tract map services by resolution of
the City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The fees for special provisions and plans,
and centerline tie and tract map services shall be as follows:
Special provisions and Plans
The City Engineer shall collect the actual cost of the
special provisions and plans plus 10% from each
prospective bidder.

SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the
