A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
APPROVING SUPPLEMENTS NO. 11 and NO. 12 TO THE
LOCAL AGENCY/STATE AGREEMENT NO. 07-5107 FOR FEDERAL-AID FUNDS
FOR THE RESURFACING AND RECONSTRUCTION OF PICO BOULEVARD
FROM 28TH STREET TO CENTINELA AVENUE AND
LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS ALONG WILSHIRE BOULEVARD
FROM OCEAN AVENUE TO CENTINELA AVENUE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
The City Council of the city of Santa
Monica does hereby approve and authorize the City Manager to
execute the attached Program Supplements No. 11 and No. 12 to
Local Agency/state Agreement No. 07-5107 setting forth the
proportionate shares of the cost of the Resurfacing and
Reconstruction of pico Boulevard from 28th Street to the east
City Limits and Landscape Improvements along wilshire Boulevard
from Ocean Avenue to Centinela Avenue.
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.

This Program Supplement IS hereby Incorporated mto the Local Agency-State Agreement
for Federal-Aid which was entered Into between the LOCAL AGENCY and the STATE on
08-23-77 and IS subject to all the terms and conditions thereof. This Program
Supplement Is adopted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article II of the aforementioned
Master Agreement under authority of Resolution No. . approved by the
LOCAL AGENCY on (See COpy attached).
The Local Agency further stipulates tllat 8S a condition to payment of funds obligated to this project.
It accepts and w ill comply with the convenants or remarks set forth on the following pages.

SPECIAL COVENANTS OR REMAR~S
1. All maintenance. involving the physical condition and the
operation of the improvements. referred to in Article VI
MAINTENANCE of the aforementioned Master Agreement will be
performed by the CITY OF SANTA MONICA at regular intervals
or as required for efficient operation of the completed
improvements.
2. The CITY OF SANTA MONICA will advertise. award and
administer this project. The City will obtain Statels
concurrence prior to either award or rejectlon of contract.
3. In awarding. or agreeing to award the contract. the Local
Agency agrees the payment of Federal funds will be limited to
the detail estimate amount approved by the Federal Highway
Administration in the Federal-Aid Project Agreement (PR-2).
or its modification PR-2A. and accepts any increases in Local
Agency funds.
4. In executing this Program Supplemental Agreement. Local
Agency hereby reaffirms the 'INondiscrimination Assurances~
contained in the aforementioned Master Agreement for
Federal-Aid Program.
