RESOLUTION NUMBER 7667(CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
ESTABLISHING A PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED
ZONE ADJACENT TO 855 10TH STREET
WHEREAS, the City Councll of the City of Santa Monica
has enacted an ordinance enabllng lndlvlduals to request parklng
zones for physlcally handlcapped persons; and
WHEREAS, the City has recelved a request for a physlcally
handlcapped zone; and
WHEREAS, the Parking and Traffic Engineer has considered
the request and concluded, based upon the factors stated in
MunlClpal Code Section 3366A, that an addltional physically
handlcapped zone may be installed at the requested locatlon,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
A physlcally handicapped zone 1S hereby
establ1shed adjacent to 855 10th Street (corner of Idaho Avenue).
SECTION 2.
The Clty Clerk shall certify to the adoptlon
of th1S Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
