A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA APPROVING A DEFERRED COMPENSATION
PROVIDER FOR THE CITY'S DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN
WHEREAS, the City desires to negotiate and implement an
agreement with a deferred compensation provider for the city's
deferred compensation plan:
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City council authorizes the City Manager to
negotiate and implement an agreement with Great Western Bank as
the deferred compensation provider for the City's deferred
compensation plan.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
