RESOLUTION NO. 7536(CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA SETTING A HEARING
DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO
THE REPORT OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF
STREETS REGARDING REPAIR OF SIDEWALKS,
DRIVEWAYS AND CURBS (SR-88-105)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Super In tend en t of Streets wIll file a
report of repa ir pursuant to Sec tlon 5617 0 f the streets and
HIghways Code of the State of CalIfornIa, relatIng to the
cons truc tlOr.: of c erta In Improvements to sid ewalks and dr i veways
at 336 14th Street, 1060 Harvard Street, 333 11th Street, 1242
10th Street, 1128 San V lC en te Boul evard , 832 San V icen te
Boulevard, 1122 San VIcente Boulevard, 1844 17th Street, 1523 6th
Street, 1513 6 th Street, 1020 Chel sea Avenue, and 501 Santa
Monlca Boulevard, all WIthIn the CIty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 2.
Pursuant to Sectlon 5600 et seq. of sald
Code, the CIty CounCIl does hereby order and declare that on the

and any other interested persons.

SECTION 3. All protests or obJect1ons must be In writing
and f11ed w1th the C1ty Clerk on or before the tIme set for the
hearIng of the protests and obJectIons.
SECTION 4.
The SuperIntendent of streets IS hereby
dIrected to ma1l not1ces, In the manner and form prescrIbed by
law, of the cost of repaIr and of the adoption of thIS Resolution
to all persons ownlng real property affected by the sIdewalk
assessment repa lr prograln, whose names and addresses appear on
the last equalIzed assessment roll for the CIty taxes or as known
to the CIty Clerk.
SECTION 5. The C1ty Clerk shall certIfy to the adoption
of thlS ResolutIon, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be In full force and effect.
