A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
REVISING THE COMPENSATION FOR THE CITY'S METROPOLITAN WATER
DISTRICT DIRECTOR
WHEREAS, the CIty of Santa MOnica IS a member agency of the MetropolItan
Water Dlstnct, and
WHEREAS, the City of Santa MOnica IS entitled to appoint one director to
represent the City of Santa MOnica on the Board of Directors for the Metropolitan Water
Dlstnct, and
WHEREAS, the City of Santa MOnica appomts a director from time to time, and
WHEREAS, the City compensates the director for hIs/her time
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS
Section 1 Beglnnmg, July 1, 1999, the compensatIon for the City'S Metropolitan
Water Dlstnct Director shall be $100 per meeting not to exceed $200 per month
Section 2 This City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and
