RESOLlJTION 1'10. 9313 ees A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAiVf A MONICA FINDING THE CITY TO BE IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE CONGESTION M~"'AGE~IE~l PROGRAM (CMP) A~'D ADOPTING THE CMP LOCAL llfPLElVlENTATION REPORT, IN ACCORDA..~CE WITH CALIFORNIA GOVEIL'\l\1ENf CODE SECTION 65089 WHEREAS, the Los Angeles County MetropolItan TransportatIOn AuthorIty ("MTA"), actmg as the Congestlon Management Agency for Los Angeles County, adopted the 1997 CongestIOn Management Program III November, 1997. and WHEREAS, the adopted CMP requrres that MTA annually determme that the County and cltles wlthlll the County are conformmg to all CMP requuements, and WHEREAS, the adopted eMP requues submittal to the MTA of thiS eMP local implementatlon report by September 1 of each year, and WHEREAS, the City Counell held a nOtlced pubhc hearmg on August 11, 1998; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS 1 . .
