A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
ESTABLISHING FILING FE~S FOR A NOTICE OF REVOCATION
OF DOMESTIC PARTNERSHIP AND AN AMENDMENT TO AN
AFFIDAVIT OF DOMESTIC PARTNERSHIP
WHEREAS, Municipal Code Section 4.40.040(e) allows for the
establishment of filing fees for the filing of a Notice of
Revocation of Domestic partnership and an amendment to an Affidavit
of Domestic Partnership; and
WHEREAS, the fees established by this Resolution are no more
than necessary to recover the costs of the service provided,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
A filing fee of Seven Dollars ($7.00) for the
filing of a Notice of Revocation of Domestic Partnership is hereby
established.
SECTION 2.
A filing fee of Seven Dollars ($7.00) for the
filing of an amendment to an Affidavit of Domestic Partnership is
hereby established.

SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution, and thenceforth the same shall be in full force
and effect.
