A RESOLUTION OF EIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ~ONICA AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAG~~ TO ACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA ON ALL MATTERS ASSOCIATED WITH
THE ADMINISTRATIOK AND IMPLEMENTATION OF
THE VA...I\IOUS FEDERALLY FUNDED HIGHWAY
PROGRAMS OF THE INTERMODAL SURFACE
TRANSPORTATION EFFICIENCY ACT OF 1991
THE CITY cotJNCIL OF TEE c=:='~ OF SANTA MONICA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Clty Councll of the C1ty of Santa Monica does
hereby approve and authorlze the City Manager to act on behalf of
the Cl ty of Santa Mon1ca on all matters associated with the
adm1nlstrat1on and 1mpleTIe~~atlon of the var10US federally funded
h1ghway programs of the I~termodal Surface Transportatlon
Eff1c1ency Act of 199:.
SECTION 2. The C1ty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoptlon of
th1S resolut1on, and thence=orth and thereafter the same shall be
1n full force and effect.
