RESOLUTION NO. 9062 (CCS)
(CITY COUNCIL SERIES)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA SETTING A FEE FOR WOODLAWN
CEMETERY'S GARDEN GRAVE SITES
WHEREAS, ~he C1ty Counc11 rray estab11sh new fee
schedules from time to tiwe for the price of property and all
services throughout the Cemetery pursuant to Sect10n 7.20.110 of
the Santa Mon1ca Mun1c1pal Code; and
WHEREAS, a new garden grave site area has been
developed and fees must be estab11shed,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1. The fee schedule for the garden grave sites
is as follows

$10,000
SECTION 2
The C1ty Clerk shall ceyt1fy to ~he
adoption of th1s Resolut1on, and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be 1n full force and effect.
