A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA APPROVING UTILITY
AGREEMENT NO. 7Ut-4g20 WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA FOR THE PAYMENT OF COSTS OF
RAIS ING MANHOLE COVERS TO GRADE DURING
RESURFACING OF THE PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby does approve
the Utility Agreement No. 7ut-4920 with the State of California,
Department of Transportation, setting forth the City's share
of the cost of raising sewer manhole covers to grade during
resurfacing of the Pacific Coast Highway by the State's con-
tractor.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager of the City of
Santa Monica be, and he hereby is, authorized and instructed
to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
