A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION 11&P OF
TRACT NO. 31€i38
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SA.NT~4. MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOwS:
SECTION 1. That the map of Tract No. 31638 III the City
of Santa Monlca presented by 10'1'1 - 20th Ltd. (Morrlson, Levee,
Kusnitz, Partners), being a subdivlsion for condom~lllUlli purposes
o~ Lot 7, Block 3, Green Acres Tract, as shown on map recorded
in Book 9, Page 126, records of Los Angeles County, State of
California, be and the same hereby lS accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
directed to endorse upon the face of said map thlS order
authenticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. The Clty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
o~ this resolutlon and thenceforth and therea~ter the same
shall be ~n ~ull ~orce and effect.
