A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA APPOINTING
PERSONS TO VARIOUS BOARDS &~D
COMMISSIONS.
~mEREAS, the terms of certain members of varlOUS
Boards and CommlSSlons have expired; and,
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Clty Council of
the Clty of Santa Monlca to appoint certain members to terms
on sald Boards and Commisslons.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Norman J. Smlth be and is hereby
apPolnted to the Electrical Board of Appeals for a term expirlng
on the 30th day of June, 1978.
SECTION 2.
That Lincoln Vaughn be and is hereby
appolnted to the Alrport Commission for a term expiring on the
30th day of June, 1978.
SECTION 3.
That Arlys Thun be and is hereby
appointed to the Library Board for a term expiring on the 30th
day of June, 1978.
SECTION 4.
That Elizabeth Haag be and is hereby
appolnted to the Llbrary Board for a term expirlng on the 30th
day of June, 1978.
SECTION 5.
That Bartha Evans be and is hereby
appointed to the Personnel Board for a term expiring on the 30th
day of June, 1979.
SECTION 6.
That Robert Lonsinger be and is hereby
appolnted to the Planning Commisslon for a term expiring on the

SECTION 7.
That Walton Cheney be and lS hereby
appolnted to the Recreatlon COffiffilssion for a term expiring on
the 30th day of June, 1978.
SECTION 8.
That Dorothy Ehrhart be and lS hereby
appointed to the Recreation Commission for a term explring on
the 30th day of June, 1978.
SECTION 9.
That each of said persons shall serve
untl1 the expiration of their term and until there respective
successors are apPolnted and qualifled.
SECTION 10.
The Clty Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of thls resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be ln full force and effect.
