A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION YiAP OF
TRACT NO. 31795
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOVIS :
SECTION 1. That the map o~ Tract No. 31795, In the City
o~ Santa Monlca presented by Stanley Shu, being a subdlvlsion
~or condominlUID purposes of Lots 23, 24, and 25, Serra Vlsta
Annex No.2, as shown on map recorded in Book 8, page 17,
records of Los Angeles County, State of Call~ornla, be and
the same hereby lS accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
directed to endorse upon the face of said map thlS order
authentlcated by the Seal of the City o~ Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certlfy to the adoptlon
o~ this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be In full force and effect.
