A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPI'ING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 31885
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the map of Tract No. 31885 in the City
of Santa Monlca presented by Park Properties Company, belDg
a subdivlsion ~or condOIDlnlUlli purposes o~ a Portlon o~ the
386.955 Acre Parcel of Land o~ the Rancho La Ballona Tract,
as shown on map recorded In Book 1, pages 301 through 310
lnclusinve, of Patents, records o~ Los Angeles County, State
o~ Call~o~la, be and the same hereby 1S accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Oity Clerk hereby is authorized and
d1rected to endorse upon the ~ace o~ sald map thls order
authenticated by the Seal of the Olty o~ Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of thls resolut1on and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be In full force and effect.
