RESOLUTION NO. 4525 (CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA FIXING THE TIME AND
PLACE FOR HOLDING OF REGULAR MEETINGS
OF SAID CITY COUNCIL AND RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 4483 (CCS)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. That pursuant to the provisions of S6ll
of the Charter of the City of Santa Monica, the City Council
hereby does fix as the days for the holding of regular meetings
the first four Tuesdays of each month at 7:30 p.m.; provided,
however, that if any such Taesday falls on the 1st day of
January, the 12th day of February, the 4th day of July, the 9th
day of September, the 25th day of December, or on any other
day designated by the City Council of the City of Santa Monica
as a day for public feast, thanksg1ving or holiday, such
regular meeting shall be held on the date of the regular meeting
next following said Tuesday at the hour heretofore fixed; that the
City Council Chamber in the City Hall hereby is fixed as the
place for holding said meetings. This resolution shall be
effective on and after the 9th day of
July
, 1974.
SECTION 2. Resolution No. 4483 (CCS) hereby is
rescinded.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
