A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
.AND .APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRAC'l' NO. 31774
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MO~~CA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLO'VIS:
SECTION 1. That the map of Tract No. 31774 in the City
of Santa Mon1ca presented by Michael Peterson, be1Dg a sub-
d1V1s1on for condoID1n1um purposes of Lots 10 and 11, Serra
V1sta He1ghts Extension, as shown on map recorded in Book 8,
Page 180, records of Los Angeles County, State of Californ1a,
be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Oity Clerk hereby 1S autborized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said map thlS order
authent1cated by the Seal of the C1ty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. The C1ty Olerk shall cert1fy to the adopt1on
of thlS resolutlon ~~d thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be ln full force and effect.
