FOLLOvlS:
SECTION 1. That the map of Tract No. 32023 in the City
of Santa Moulca presented by Envlronmental HOUSlUg, Inc.,
belng a subdivls20n for condominium purposes o~ Lots N, M
and Z and a Portion of Lot 0, Block 75, Town of Santa Monica
Tract, as shovrn on map recorded 2ll Book 39, pages 45 to 51
lncluslve of l"llsce11aneous Records, records of Los Angeles
County, State of Callfornla, be and the same hereby lS accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby lS authorlzed and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of sald map thlS order
authenticated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. The Clty Clerk shall certify to the adoptlon
of this resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be In full force and effect.
