A RESOLUTION OF T'rlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA APPROVnm A COVENANT AGREE-
MENT WITH THE RIVIERA COUNTRY CLUB FOR
REPLANTING AND ~AINTAINING THE RIVIERA
RESERVOIR SLOPES IN PERFETUITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council does hereby approve
the Covena.l1t Agreel"lent ""Iith the Riviera Country Club for replant-
LDg and maintaining the Riviera Reservoir slopes in perpetuity.
SECTION 2. That the City ~~nager of the City of Santa
Monica be, and he hereby is, authorized and instructed to
execute said Covenant Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be L~ full force and effect.
