RESOLUTION NO. 4546 (CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 31713
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the map of Tract No. 31713 1n the City
of Santa Monica presented by Chelsea Place Manor, Stanley Shu,
being a subd1vision for condominium purposes of Lots 8, 9, and
10, Block 9, Chelsea Green Tract as shown on map recorded in
Book 12, Page 145, records of Los Angeles County, State of
California, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized
and directed to endorse upon the face of said map this order
authenticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Mon1ca.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.
