A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 32111
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 32111 ~n the City
of Santa Monica presented by Joseph Spencer, being a subdivlsion
for condominium purposes of a portion of Lot 1, Block 5, Green
Acres Tract as shown on map recorded in Book 9, Page 126,
records of Los Angeles County, State of California, be and
the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized
and directed to endorse upon the face of sa~d map this order
authenticated by the Seal of the City of santa Monica.
SECTION 3. The Clty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.
