RESOLUTION NO. 4551 (CCS)
(CITY COUNCIL SERIES)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 32417
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 32417 in the C1ty
of Santa Monica presented by Michael Keele, being a subdivision
for condominium purposes of a portion of Lot 10, Tract 1980
as shown on map recorded in Book 21, Page 152, records of Los
Angeles County, State of Ca11fornia, be and the same hereby is
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized
and directed to endorse upon the face of said map this order
authenticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be 1n full force and effect.
