RESOLUTION NO. 4553 (CCS)
(CITY COUNCIL SERIES)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 30929
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 30929 ~n the City
of Santa Monica presented by Milton and Gerald Condon, being
a subdivis~on for condominium purposes of Lot C, Block 67,
Town of Santa Monica Tract, as shown on map recorded in Book
39, pages 45 through 51 inclusive, Miscellaneous Records of
Los Angeles County, State of California, be and the same here-
by is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized
and directed to endorse upon the face of said map this order
authenticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. The C~ty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.
