'I'IiE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE .AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 32232 in the C~ty
of Santa Mon~ca presented by KPR Investments (Michael Keele,
President), being a subdiv~s~on for condominium p-Qrposes of
a portion of Lot 4, Block 7, Artesian Tract, as sho~n on map
recorded in Book 4, Page 90, r~cords of Los Angeles County,
State of Cal~fornla, be and the same hereby is accepted ~~d
approved.
SECTION 2. That the C2ty Clerk hereby 2S authorized
and d~rected to endorse upon the face of said map this order
authent~cated by the Seal of the C~ty of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. The Clty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of th~s resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.
