AN.D .APPROVING SUBDIVISION I'-1AP OF
TRACT NO. 32275
TF...E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA- l'10NIOA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOW'S:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. .32275 ~n Jthe City
of Santa Monica presented by KPH Investments (MiChael Keele,
President), being a subdivlslon for condom~nium purposes of
a portion of Lot 4, Block 7, Artes~an Tract, as shown on map
recorded in Book 4, Page 90, records of Los Angeles County,
State of Callfornia, re and the same hereby is accepted and
approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby lS authorized
and dlrected to endorse upon the face of said map this order
authenticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.
