A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT AND
USE BY THE CIVIC AUDITORIUM OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA OF AN AUDITORIUM EVENT PROMOTION CHECK-
ING ACCOUNT IN THE NAME OF SANTA MONICA CIVIC
CONCERTS WITH UNITED CALIFORNIA BANK.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL VE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Clvic Audltorium of the City of Santa Monica lS
hereby authorized to establish In the name of "Santa Monica Clvic Concerts"
an Auditorium Event Promotion Checking Account with the United California
Bank upon such terms and conditions as are provided by the Statutes of the
State of Califorma governing pubhc deposits.
SECTION 2. That Jeremy B. FerrlS hereby is authorized to deposit
funds m said account, and to W1.thdraw funds from said account upon warrants
and/or checks signed with sald signature duly certified to said bank by the
City of Santa Momca; and said bank hereby is authorized to honor and pay such
warrants and/or checks so signed.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption of this
resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be m full force and
effect.
