RESOLUTION NO. 4566 (CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA APPOINTING PAT SCHNEIDER TO
THE PLANNING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Michael Caruso has resigned his position as
a member of the Planning Commission; and,
WHEREAS, the term for which he was appointed expires
on June 30, 1975. and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to appoint
Pat Schneider to fill the unexpired portion of said term.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pat Schneider is hereby appointed to serve
on the Planning Commission for the term expiring June 30, 1975,
and she shall serve until her successor is appointed and qualifies.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in Iull force and effect.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 19:th day of ~ovember
1974.
