A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND AFPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 32331
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOT.T .oWS :
SECTION 1. That the map of Tract No. 32331 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Spartan, Ltd. (Christos Demogenes and
~illiam Flieder), being a subdivision for condominium purposes
of Lot F, Block 107, Town of Santa Monica Tract as recorded in
~sce11aneous Record Book 39, Page 45-51 inclusive and Miscellan-
eous Record Book 3, Pages 80 and 81, records of Los Angeles County,
State of California, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said map this order authenticated
by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in
full force and effect.
