A. RRBOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA. A.CCEPTING
.AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 32332
TeE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOW'S:
SECTION 1. That the map of Tract No. 32332 in the City
of Santa Mo~ca presented by Spartan, Lts. (Christos Demogened
and William Flieder), being a subdivision for condominium purposes
of Lots H and I, Block 107, Town of Santa Monica Tract as recorded
inMisce11aneous Record Book 3, Pages 80 and 81 and Miscellaneous
Records Book 39, Page 45-51 inclusive, records of Los Angeles
County, State of California, be and the same hereby is accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said map this order authent~-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. The CJ.ty Clerk sh~ll certify to the adoption of
this resolutJ.on and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
