THE CITY COUNCIL OF' T.EE CITY OF SANTA l'lONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOVIS:
SECTION 1. That the map o~ Tract No. 24924 ~n the City
o~ Santa l'Ionica presented by l'IcCulloch Realty, Inc., being a
subd~v~s~on for construct~on of 11 s~ngle family dwellings of
port~ons of Lots 2, 17 and 18 and all of Lots 3, 4, 5, 6 and
16, Block G, The Palisades Tract as recorded ~n Book 8, Page
32, records of Los Angeles County, State of California, be and
the same hereby ~s accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby ~s author~zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of said map th1s order
authentlcated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. The C~ty Clerk snaIl certify to the adoption
of th1s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter tbe same
shall be 1n ~ull force and effect.

This alley was scheduled for paVing in the 1958 paving
program, but was deleted due to a major protest.
I hereby request that the approval of the Subject map
stipulate that the alley adjacent to the property be
paved.
