A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 31404
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 31404 in the City
of Santa Monica presented by McCulloch Realty, Inc., owner,
being a subdiv~sion for condominium purposes of Lots 20, 21
and 22 of Block G of the Pallsades on map recorded In Book B,
Page 32, records of Los Angeles Councy, State of Ca1~fornia,
be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby is authorized
and dlrected to endorse upon the face of sald map thks order
authenticated by the Seal of the Ckty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.
