RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 32541
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the map of Tract No. 32541 in the Clty
of Santa Mon~ca presented by Dale Will~ams be~ng a subdivision
for condominium purposes of Lots C and D, Block 116, Town of
Santa Monica Tract, as shown on map recordeQ in book 39, Pages
45 through 51 incluslve of Mlscellaneous Records, records of
Los Angeles County, State of Callfornia, be and the same
hereby 15 accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized
and d~rected to endorse upon the face of said map this order
authenticated by the Seal of the C1ty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 1n full force and effect.
